Our Minnesota State Hat features the outline and initials of the state, in a simple, classy design—heat stamped into full grain Horween leather. How they're made: Using a combination of heat and pressure we stamp each full-grain leather patch. This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs. We hand apply each patch using our proprietary adhesion process in our Laramie, WY workshop. This incredibly strong bond is built to take on anything you throw at it.
